After successful application, the applicant can bring the following family members without any quota restrictions:
  • Spouse (husband or wife)
  • Parents
  • Children (biological or adopted):
    • Must be 21 years old or younger
    • Alternatively, if aged between 21 and 34, must be unmarried and dependent on the applicant in Malaysia
    • No age limit for disabled children, but a medical specialist certificate is required
 

Other Conditions
  • Must allow Malaysia to conduct background checks
  • MM2H applicants must meet international educational requirements or obtain certification from Chinese or Malaysian government-recognized education institutions
  • Must stay in Malaysia for at least 90 days per year
  • Must not work in Malaysia but may participate in investment and business activities
  • After obtaining an MM2H visa, the applicant must visit Malaysia in person to complete relevant procedures
  • The applicant must engage with MM2H-related service providers for visa processing to ensure compliance with all program guidelines
